Exchange / Return of Goods

Ensure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Prepare all necessary documents.

Required Documents:

• A document confirming the purchase (cash receipt or expenditure invoice).
• An identity document.

Rules for Exchange and Return of Goods

Exchange of goods is possible if:

• A cash receipt (expenditure invoice) confirming the purchase is available;
• The product and its components are in their original condition: no mechanical damage, scratches, or wear, and for goods in single-use (blister) packaging – the packaging has not been opened;
• The product shows no signs of use.
