Description

The DAZO4 series asynchronous three-phase squirrel-cage motors with a blown rotor are designed for use in mechanisms that do not require speed control. They are ideal for pumps, fans, blowers and other similar devices, especially when starting, and can be used in auxiliary power mechanisms of thermal power plants.

DAZO4 motors are available in 400, 450 and 560 mm axis of rotation heights. To order motors with other dimensions, please contact our managers.

These electric motors are designed to operate on AC power with a frequency of 50 Hz (or 60 Hz) and a voltage of 6000 V or 10000 V. 

The climatic design for the motors is U1, U2, T1, T2.

The rated operating mode is continuous (S1). The motors are designed according to IM1001 standard. 

The degree of protection of the DAZO4 series motors is IP54, the output device is IP55, and the external fan casing is IP51. The motors are cooled by air. The cooling method is 1C611.

The motors are equipped with rolling bearings lubricated with grease. By agreement with the customer, it is possible to equip them with SKF, SNR, FAG or other bearings. 

Insulating materials of heat resistance class “F” or “H” are used for stator winding. The stator winding has six output ends fixed to four insulators in the output box and is connected in a star pattern. If necessary, the temperature of the stator winding and bearing assemblies is controlled by means of thermal converters.

The motors have reversible rotation. The direction of rotation can be changed only from the resting state.
