SendPulse is a service used for email newsletters. Only email is used there. It also has access to the text of the newsletter because it is not confidential information. We do not send confidential letters using the MailChimp service.
How long do we keep the data?
Until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or request data deletion if you provided them outside of the newsletter.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. We delete all your data upon your request. To do this, you need to write a letter to the address: Ukraine, 02094, Kyiv, Hnata Khotkevycha 8, office 199. We will delete the data from our databases within five business days.
Google data can be deleted, but not by us, Google handles it. However, Google collects data simply because the user accessed the internet, so there is no point in deleting the data every time.
SendPulse data can be deleted, but they handle it. However, we will delete it from our MailChimp account upon your request, or you can do it yourself if you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
