Completed project: production, delivery, and installation of 107 gas piston generator sets throughout Ukraine

EKVIVES implemented a large-scale project involving the manufacture, logistics, and commissioning of 107 gas piston generator sets with a capacity of 8–13 kW. The equipment was installed at the facilities of one of Ukraine's key energy infrastructure operators.

Geography and conditions of implementation

Installation and commissioning were carried out throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories). The project was implemented at critical infrastructure facilities, where backup power is a prerequisite for process continuity and safety.

Project challenges and how they were solved

Logistical factor

It was necessary to deliver equipment simultaneously to different regions of Ukraine with varying degrees of accessibility.

Solution: breaking down deliveries into waves, route planning, etc.

Working at sites with restricted access

Most locations had restricted access and increased requirements for personnel.

Solution: forming teams with access permits, preliminary training, and an agreed schedule of visits.

Tight deadlines

The customer required the installations to be commissioned before the start of the peak energy season.

Solution: parallel work of several installation teams in different regions + installation supervision teams for commissioning.

Result

All 107 generators were installed and commissioned on time.

The customer's facilities received a reliable autonomous power source that ensures uninterrupted operation in the event of a power outage.
