The ATS Control Unit 125A (Automatic Transfer Switch) is a high-tech and reliable device designed to automatically switch power consumers between the main power grid and a backup power source (generator).
With a rated current of 125 Amps, this unit is an ideal solution for automating industrial, commercial, and high-capacity residential three-phase or single-phase generator sets (diesel or gas). The device completely eliminates the need for manual operator intervention during emergency power outages, ensuring the seamless, energy-independent operation of your facility.
How It Works
Grid Monitoring: The built-in microprocessor controller continuously analyzes voltage and frequency parameters in the main grid.
Emergency Start: In the event of a power outage, voltage drop, or phase loss, the unit automatically sends a signal to start the generator.
Safe Switching: As soon as the generator reaches stable operating speed, the ATS instantly switches the load over to it. The system features reliable electrical and mechanical interlocking, which completely prevents backfeeding (simultaneous connection of both power sources).
Return to Normal Mode: Once stable power is restored in the city grid, the unit switches consumers back to the main source, stops the generator after its cooling cycle, and enters standby mode.
